TSA Employees definition

TSA Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.19(a) hereof.
TSA Employees has the meaning given in paragraph 1 of Schedule 38 (TSA Employees).
TSA Employees means those Employees performing services under a Transitional Services Agreement and who are identified as being such employees in the lists contained in Annex 2 to Exhibit 6; US or United States means the United States of America; US GAAP means the generally accepted accounting principles of the United States extant as at the Closing Time;

Examples of TSA Employees in a sentence

  • All labor matters relating to any TSA Employees shall be within the exclusive control of Service Provider (or its applicable Affiliate or Third Party Provider), and VS and its Affiliates shall not take any action affecting such matters.

  • All TSA Employees will be deemed for all compensation, employee benefits, tax and social security contribution purposes to be employees of Service Provider (or its applicable Affiliate or Third Party Provider) and not employees of VS or any of its Affiliates.

Related to TSA Employees

  • Hired Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5(a).

  • Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).

  • Affected Employees means those employees who are exposed to the hazard(s) identified as a violation(s) in a citation.

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

  • Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:
