TSXV Delisting definition

TSXV Delisting means the delisting of the Lynnwood Shares from the TSXV resulting in the cancellation of 3,600,000 Lynnwood Shares pursuant to the policies of the TSXV and resulting in an aggregate of 2,050,000 Lynnwood Shares (assuming no existing convertible securities of Lynnwood are exercised) following completion of the delisting.
TSXV Delisting means the delisting of the Lynnwood Shares from the TSXV resulting in the cancellation of 3,600,000 Lynnwood Shares subject to the Lynnwood Escrow Agreement pursuant to the policies of the TSXV and resulting in an aggregate of 2,050,000 Lynnwood Shares (assuming no existing convertible securities of Lynnwood are exercised) following completion of the delisting; and
TSXV Delisting has the meaning set out in Section 6.04(b);

  • Nasdaq National Market means the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation National Market or any successor national securities exchange or automated over-the-counter trading market in the United States.

  • Nasdaq Stock Market means The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc.

  • Principal Market means the Nasdaq National Market, the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, the American Stock Exchange, the OTC Bulletin Board or the New York Stock Exchange, whichever is at the time the principal trading exchange or market for the Common Stock.

  • De-listing means, in respect of any relevant Underlying Equities, the Exchange announces that pursuant to the rules of such Exchange, such Underlying Equities cease (or will cease) to be listed, traded or publicly quoted on the Exchange for any reason (other than a Merger Event or Tender Offer) and are not immediately re-listed, re-traded or re-quoted on an exchange or quotation system located in the same country as the Exchange (or, where the Exchange is within the European Union, in any member state of the European Union);

  • Internal Market Buyer means a Market Buyer making purchases of energy from the PJM Interchange Energy Market for ultimate consumption by end-users inside the PJM Region that are served by Network Transmission Service.

  • Securities Exchange means, at any time, the registered national securities exchange on which the Corporation’s equity securities are then principally listed or traded, which shall be the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ Global Market (or similar national quotation system of the NASDAQ Stock Market) (“NASDAQ”) or any successor exchange of either the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ.

  • Blacklisting means barring a bidder, contractor, consultant or supplier from participating in any future procurement proceedings.

  • Main Market means the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc;

  • Trading Market means any of the following markets or exchanges on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question: the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market or the New York Stock Exchange (or any successors to any of the foregoing).

  • JOBURG MARKET means Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market (SOC) Limited (trading as Joburg Market), a corporatized municipal entity incorporated in terms of the laws of the RSA under registration number 2000/023383/07 and with VAT registration number 4840195038, with its domicilium citandi et executandi situated at The Office of the CEO, 3rd Floor, Main Building, Joburg Market, 4 Fortune Road (off Heidelberg Road), City Deep, 2049, Johannesburg.

  • AMEX means the American Stock Exchange.

  • Listing means the listing of the shares of Common Stock on a national securities exchange.

  • TSXV means the TSX Venture Exchange;

  • Nasdaq Rules means the rules of NASDAQ;

  • Normal Market Size for CFD trading shall mean the maximum number of units of the Underlying Asset that are transmitted by the Company for execution.

  • Securities Exchange Act means the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
