Tug Station definition

Tug Station means the Tug’s customary berth at the XXXXX facility or, if applicable, the berth or other place from which the Tug departed to perform the requested services and/or to which it proceeded following the provision of such services.
Tug Station. : shall mean the Tug’s customary berth at the McAllister facility or, if applicable, the berth or other place from which the Tug departed to perform the requested services and/or to which it proceeded following the provision of such services.

Examples of Tug Station in a sentence

  • When Tug orders are cancelled or changed after the Tug has been dispatched from its Tug Station, but before it commences performance of the requested service, three quarters (3/4) of the applicable rate will be charged.

  • When Tug orders are cancelled or modified after the Tug has been dispatched from its Tug Station, but before it commences performance of the requested service, 75% of applicable rate will be charged.

  • When a Tug is ordered and then cancelled, a charge calculated at the applicable Hourly Rate will be made for all time elapsed from the time each Tug leaves its Tug Station until it returns to its Tug Station.

  • ESCORTING: If a Tug is requested or required to Escort a Vessel, untethered, the Rate applicable to that Tug shall be $1,524.00 per hour, per Tug with a minimum charge of two (2) hours per Tug, calculated from the time the Tug leaves the Tug Station until the Tug returns to the Tug Station, prorated to the nearest half (1/2) hour, after the first two (2) hours.

  • When a Tug is cancelled after departing its Tug Station, the charge shall be three-quarters of the applicable Rate.

  • For additional services not covered in Paragraph 1, the rate shall be $1,000 per hour for each Tug, including running time of each Tug from its Tug Station to the Vessel and from the Vessel to its Tug Station.
