• If the preliminary analysis states that BellSouth will not offer the Requested Services, BellSouth will provide an explanation of why the request is not technically feasible, does not qualify as an NBR for the Requested Services or is otherwise not required to be provided under the Act.

• The Commission hereby retains the Provider to render to the Commission the Requested Services.

Requested Services. The term "Requested Services" shall mean the services described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein. Taxes:

Requested Services means the services listed in Schedule 3.1 relating to Direct Assigned Projects having an estimated value (individually) in excess of approximately five million dollars ($5,000,000) during the Term, provided that AltaLink may, in its sole discretion, include projects valued at less than this amount as Requested Services.
