Tumor registry definition

Tumor registry means a manual or computerized data base containing information about all malignancies and only those that are diagnosed and/or treated at the applicant’s facility. The malignancies must be reportable to the Michigan Cancer Surveillance Program as required pursuant to Public Act 82 of 1984, as amended.
Tumor registry means a data base of human cancer or CNS tumor cases diagnosed or treated at a reporting facility.
