Key Individuals means the Service Provider Representatives identified as being key individuals for the provision of the Services as set out in Schedule 5.5.

Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:
Campaign for elective office means any activity in furtherance of an effort to influence the selection, nomination, election, or appointment of any individual to any federal, State, or local public office or office in a political organization, or the selection, nomination, or election of Presidential or Vice-Presidential electors, but does not include activities (i) relating to the support or opposition of any executive, legislative, or administrative action, (ii) relating to collective bargaining, or (iii) that are otherwise in furtherance of the person's official duties.
Eligible Individuals means directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and prospective employees and consultants who have accepted offers of employment or consultancy from the Company or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates.
Individuals means the person(s) who is the subject of PHI and includes a person who qualifies as a personal representative in accordance with 45 CFR 164.502(g).
Salaries paid to employees or words of similar import means salaries and amounts actually paid (excluding payments or factors for holidays, vacations, sick time, bonuses, profit participations and other similar payments) to architects, engineers, designers, drafters or other professional and technical employees of the Consultant for time actually spent directly in the performance of technical services hereunder and recorded on daily time records which have been approved by the employee's immediate supervisor, excluding the time of any employee of the Consultant to the extent that the time of such employee of the Consultant is devoted to typing/word processing, stenographic, clerical or administrative functions. Such functions shall be deemed to be included in the multipliers referred to in Subparagraph A above.
Excluded Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 14.1.
Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.
Named Executive Officers or “NEOs” means the following individuals:
Eligible Persons or “Households” means one or more natural persons or a family who pays 30 percent of their household income toward their monthly rent and is determined by Grantee to be eligible for rental assistance under this Agreement.

(ii) all legal persons, partnerships and associations deriving their status as such from the laws in force in a Contracting State;
Designated Individual has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.A hereof.

Elective Surgery means non-emergency surgery which is medically necessary, but can be delayed for at least 24 hours.

Returning Employees means those persons listed in a schedule to be agreed by the Parties prior to the end of the Contract Period who it is agreed were employed by the Contractor (and/or any Sub-Contractor) wholly or mainly in the supply of the Services immediately before the end of the Contract Period.

Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.
