nationals definition

nationals means: (i) all individuals possessing the nationality of a Contracting State; (ii) all legal persons, partnerships and associations deriving their status as such from the laws in force in a Contracting State;
nationals any natural person who, according to the legislation of the Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg or of the Republic of Rwanda is considered as a citizen of the Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg or of the Republic of Rwanda respectively;
