Typebound Tooling means any and all tools, jigs, fixtures, dies, moulds, models and/or other equipment, including related software, specifically manufactured or adapted for manufacture or quality control of Parts.

Examples of Typebound Tooling in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Typebound Tooling shall be owned by Fortaco.

  • Upon Fortaco’s request, all Typebound Tooling, drawings and other materials shall be returned to Fortaco with the Supplier´s expense.

  • Promotion of Sustainable Cultural Land Use and Traditional Ecosystem Management.

  • Typebound Tooling that is the subject of Intellectual Property Right(s) may furthermore not be copied or otherwise used without the consent of the owner of such Intellectual Property Right(s).

Related to Typebound Tooling

  • Tooling means tools funded or provided by the Buyer.

  • Development Tool Kit means a DS Offering specifically designed for application or content development. A Development Tool Kit is either identified (i) with “CAA” or “ENOVIA Studio” in the DS Offering name, or (ii) in the Transaction Document and/or the Product Portfolio. Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer. The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) 1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and 2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

  • Modules means the Base Modules and Extended Modules.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Manufacturer means the person or body who is responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stage of the construction of the vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit which is the subject of the approval process.

  • Tool means the tool developed in accordance with Section 35A-15-303.

  • Spectrum Compatibility means the capability of two (2) copper loop transmission system technologies to coexist in the same cable without service degradation and to operate satisfactorily in the presence of cross talk noise from each other. Spectrum compatibility is defined on a per twisted pair basis for specific well-defined transmission systems.   • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.
