Uber Driver App definition

Uber Driver App means the mobile application licensed to Driver Partners under the Technology Services Agreement to enable them to seek, receive and fulfil requests for transportation services.
Uber Driver App means a Customer Implementation that is a free-to-download application made available to Uber Drivers through which Uber Drivers can accept passenger and item pick-up requests.
