UK Collection Account Bank definition

UK Collection Account Bank shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Deed of Trust and Charge.
UK Collection Account Bank means Citibank N.A., London Branch, Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, X00 0XX or such other collection account bank as the parties may designate in writing from time to time.
UK Collection Account Bank means each of the banks specified as such in Exhibit B to this Agreement, and such banks as may be added thereto or deleted therefrom pursuant to Section 2.08 of this Agreement.

  • After the execution of this Deed, the Buyer or the Agent shall deliver to the UK Collection Account Bank a Notice of Trust and Charge and the Originator shall countersign such Notice of Trust and Charge.
