ULSD Regulations definition

ULSD Regulations means the EPA Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel regulations, 80 CFR § 500 et seq.

  • Upon any transfer of custody or title by Seller with respect to the Product, Seller or its designee shall provide Buyer or Buyer’s transferee with product transfer documents meeting the requirements of the ULSD Regulations and shall comply with all recordkeeping and reporting requirements.
