Ultimate Project definition

Ultimate Project means the project as depicted on the RID titled “I-35 NEX Ultimate Schematic Configuration Design”.
Ultimate Project means the project defined in the approved environmental assessments for the north, middle and south segments and associated documents. “USDOT” means the United States Department of Transportation.

Examples of Ultimate Project in a sentence

  • The Work shall accommodate and be consistent with the improvements associated with the Ultimate Project Configuration.

  • The Work shall minimize “throwaway” costs associated with the Project and shall provide for minimal disruption to traffic during the construction of the Ultimate Project Configuration.

  • Additionally, the Project shall be designed and constructed to minimize the cost associated with the Ultimate Project Configuration to the extent that DB Contractor costs to construct the Work are not unreasonably increased.

Related to Ultimate Project

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Large project means, for purposes of the Soft Cost Ratio limitation in Section 3.F, a Project with more than 24 Housing Credit units.

  • Project Costs means the costs of the construction, acquisition or equipping of the Project, as further described in the Project Budget, and such other costs as may be approved in writing by the Department, provided such costs are permitted by the Act.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Infrastructure project means any construction or acquisition of treatment works, facilities related to the collection, transportation, and treatment of wastewater as defined in KRS 65.8903, distribution facilities, or water resources projects instituted by a governmental agency or an investor-owned water utility which is approved by the authority and, if required, by the Energy and Environment Cabinet, Public Service Commission, or other agency; solid waste projects; dams; storm water control and treatment systems; gas or electric utility; broadband deployment project; or any other public utility or public service project which the authority finds would assist in carrying out the purposes set out in KRS 224A.300;

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • Project Financing means: (a) one or more loans, leases, equity and/or debt financings, together with all modifications, renewals, supplements, substitutions and replacements thereof, the proceeds of which are used to finance or refinance the costs of the Customer Facility, any alteration, expansion or improvement to the Customer Facility, the purchase and sale of the Customer Facility or the operation of the Customer Facility; (b) a power purchase agreement pursuant to which Interconnection Customer’s obligations are secured by a mortgage or other lien on the Customer Facility; or (c) loans and/or debt issues secured by the Customer Facility.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Project Engineer means the surveyor or engineer employed by or private

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;

  • Project Cost means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Agreement (i.e. Rs. <in words>) for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.
