Examples of Ultimate Recipients in a sentence

  • The Ultimate Recipients shall seek written consent from the Initial Recipient as approved by NRCan before the disposal of any goods acquired or used for the Sub- Projects that are either disposed of or cease to be used for the Sub-Projects prior to the completion of the Sub-Projects and for three (3) years thereafter.

  • In-kind; • Land costs; and • Legal costs for Ultimate Recipients.

  • The Party undertaking these activities will provide each Party, and Ultimate Recipient(s) as appropriate, with an opportunity to participate and shall recognize the funding of the Parties.

  • In the event where this Administrative Agreement is not renewed, any GTF funding and Unspent Funds, and any interest earned thereon held by Newfoundland and Labrador or Ultimate Recipients, that have not been expended on Eligible Projects as of March 31, 2024 will nevertheless continue to be subject to this Administrative Agreement until such time as may be determined by Canada and Newfoundland and Labrador.

  • EE Program loan funds may be used for direct re- lending to Ultimate Recipients where the requirements of § 1710.405(b) are met.

  • Ultimate Recipient warrants that it has the expertise and resources to conduct the Project in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and that the Project shall be performed in a prompt, diligent and professional manner and in accordance with the generally accepted professional standards of experienced Ultimate Recipients performing similar services in a similar industry.
