The Contractor agrees to undertake all reasonable efforts to ensure that none of the UNESCO funds received under this Contract are used to provide support to individuals or entities subject to sanctions measures imposed by the Security Council and that the recipients of any amounts provided by UNESCO hereunder do not appear on the Consolidated United Nations Security Council Sanctions List, including the UN Security Council Resolution 1267 (1989).
