Unattended Operation definition

Unattended Operation means the use of Radio Equipment by a person in a different location from that of the Radio Equipment.
Unattended Operation means the operation of Radio Equipment by the Licensee when the Licensee is in a different location to that where the Radio Equipment is located; (mm) “Undue Interference” shall have the meaning given by Section 115 of the Act;
