Unaudited Company Business Financial Statements definition

Unaudited Company Business Financial Statements is defined in Section 3.01(g)(ii). "Voting Securities" means at any time shares of any class of capital stock of the Company which are then entitled to vote generally in the election of directors. "Warrants" is defined in the recitals to this Agreement. "Warrant Shares" means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Warrants. ARTICLE XIII MISCELLANEOUS SECTION 13.
