Examples of Unauthorised Activities in a sentence

  • Mitrade reserves the absolute discretion to terminate the Client Agreement with immediate effect or void or re-price or close out a Position at any time, for any value if in the sole opinion of Mitrade, you are suspected of Unauthorised Activities, market manipulation, false trading, market rigging, fictitious transactions, wash trading, insider trading, short selling, breaching the financial services laws or breaching the AML/CTF laws.

Overhead and other expenses related to “distribution activities” or “service activities,” including telephone and other communications expenses, may be included in the information regarding amounts expended for these activities.

  • Unauthorized Access means the entrance of a person into a restricted area without permission of the operator or the operator’s designated representative.

  • Corrupt activities means any corrupt activities as contemplated in the Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act 2004 (Act no. 12 of 2004)

  • Unlicensed person means any person who is not a licensed dealer under this chapter.

  • Competitive Activity will not include (i) the mere ownership of securities in any such enterprise and the exercise of rights appurtenant thereto or (ii) participation in the management of any such enterprise other than in connection with the competitive operations of such enterprise.

  • Sexual exploitation means any actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, differential power, or trust for sexual purposes. It includes profiting monetarily, socially, or politically from sexual exploitation of another.

  • Unauthorized alien means an alien as defined in Section 1324a(h)(3) of Title 8 of the United States Code.
