Underground Equipment definition

Underground Equipment means the cables installed in Building Lead-in Ducts and/or Lead-in Manholes as described in Schedule 5A;
Underground Equipment means any Cable installed in a Building Lead-in Duct or Building Lead- in Manhole, Common Service Duct or Telecom Manhole but does not include the Building Lead-in Duct, or Building Lead-in Manhole, Common Service Duct or Telecom Manhole itself;
Underground Equipment means the mining equipment currently underground at the Deer Run Mine and subject to an insurance claim under the “Quota Share Property Damage / Time Element Policy” issued to Foresight Energy LLC for the policy period March 31, 2014 to March 31, 2015 for losses arising out of or relating to the Hillsboro Mining Event.

More Definitions of Underground Equipment

Underground Equipment means all equipment that is located wholly or partially underneath a Right-of-Way.
Underground Equipment means all equipment that is located wholly or partially underneath a right-of-way. (Ord. 1240. Passed 3-26-01.)
Underground Equipment. MODIFICATION REQUIRED
Underground Equipment means a CATV system constructed below the surface of the ground, including cables, conductors, ducts, conduits, vaults, manholes, amplifiers, appliances, and attachments necessary and appurtenant to the CATV system.

Related to Underground Equipment

  • Underground area means an underground room, such as a basement, cellar, shaft or vault, providing enough space for physical inspection of the exterior of the tank situated on or above the surface of the floor.

  • Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.

  • Underground storage tank or “UST” means any one or combination of tanks (including underground pipes connected thereto) that is used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances, and the volume of which (including the volume of underground pipes connected thereto) is 10 percent or more beneath the surface of the ground. This term does not include any:

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.

  • Aboveground tank means a device meeting the definition of tank that is situated in such a way that the entire surface area of the tank is completely above the plane of the adjacent surrounding surface and the entire surface area of the tank (including the tank bottom) is able to be visually inspected.

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.
