Underground storage tank program definition

Underground storage tank program means the regulatory requirements and activities conducted pursuant to the authority of N.J.S.A. 58:10A-21 et seq.
Underground storage tank program or “UST program” means the system of requirements prescribed in A.R.S. Title 49, Ch. 6, Article 1 and 18 A.A.C. 12.
Underground storage tank program means all of those activities authorized or required by Chapter 6.7 (commencing with Section 25280) and Chapter 6.75 (commencing with Section 25299.10) of Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code and related state regulations and standards, as amended, to be implemented as part of the unified program.

  • Underground storage tank or “UST” means any one or combination of tanks (including underground pipes connected thereto) that is used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances, and the volume of which (including the volume of underground pipes connected thereto) is 10 percent or more beneath the surface of the ground.
