Underlying Companies definition

Underlying Companies means, collectively, RNY and VIAC.
Underlying Companies means, collectively, those entities named on Schedule A attached hereto under the column heading "Underlying Companies," as the same may be amended from time to time if consented to by the Lender during the term of this Agreement.

  • You do not have any recourse/rights against the Underlying Companies, Underlying Index Sponsor, Successor Underlying Index Sponsor or any of the companies constituting the Underlying Index, or the trustee, custodian, manager, registrar, service agent, participating dealer and/or other persons involved in constituting or undertaking the listing or trading of the Underlying ETF.

  • The trading price of the Underlying Equity will be influenced by the Underlying Companies’ operational results (which in turn are subject to the various risks in relation to their businesses and operations) and by other factors such as changes in the regulatory environment that can affect the markets in which the Underlying Companies operate and capital markets in general.

  • We are not required or under any obligation to purchase, hold or deliver the Underlying Equity, the Underlying ETF or the equities of the companies constituting the Underlying Index, or any attached rights and benefits.For example, the Holders of physical-settled Bull ELS will not be considered as shareholders of the Underlying Companies and will have no rights as shareholders of the Underlying Companies prior to the settlement at expiry.

  • The entire amount invested is at risk and the repayment of the invested amount is subject to the credit risk of the Underlying Companies.

  • As such, information relating to the Underlying Companies, Underlying ETF and Underlying Index can be obtained from a variety of sources.

Related to Underlying Companies

  • Underlying Company means the issuer of the relevant Security as specified above, in each case subject to adjustment in accordance with Condition 13 (Adjustments).

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Seller Entities means the Seller and its affiliates other than the Buyer Entities;

  • Cendant means Cendant Corporation, a Delaware corporation.

  • Mortgage Group Either of Group One or Group Two.

  • Partnership Entities means the General Partner and each member of the Partnership Group.

  • Mortgage Loan Group Either Group I or Group II.

  • Companies means Borrower and its Subsidiaries; and “Company” shall mean any one of them.
