Examples of Underlying Contract in a sentence
For each Underlying Contract that is not a Disrupted Contract, the Holding Hj,t on the Index Business Day immediately following the Disrupted Holdings Calculation Date shall be the Equivalent Target Holding.
On any other Index Business Day, given replication of the Index does not require trading of Underlying Contracts on such days, in the event that a price is not available for a particular Underlying Contract, that price will be appropriately substituted by the Index Calculation Agent in order for the calculations in respect of a particular Index Business Day to take place.
MISCELLANEOUS:Interpretation: The terms of this BAA shall prevail in the case of any conflict with the terms of any Underlying Contract to the extent necessary to allow OSDH to comply with the HIPAA Regulations.
All non-conflicting provisions of the Underlying Contract remain in full force and effect.
Unless otherwise defined in this Agreement, any and all capitalized terms used in this Agreement have the meanings ascribed to them in the HIPAA Rules or the Underlying Contract.
