stacked townhouse means a building, other than a townhouse or apartment building, containing at least 3 dwelling units, each dwelling unit being separated from the other vertically and/or horizontally, and each dwelling unit having an entrance to grade shared with no more than 3 other units;
Finished Lots Entitled Land with respect to which (a) development has been completed to such an extent that permits to allow use and construction, including building, sanitary sewer and water, are entitled to be obtained for a Unit on such Entitled Land and (b) start of construction has not occurred.
Class X-A Components The Class A-1 Component, Class A-2 Component, Class A-3 Component, Class A-4 Component, Class A-AB Component and Class A-S Component, each of which constitutes a separate class of “regular interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(1), in the Upper-Tier REMIC with a pass-through rate equal to its Class X Strip Rate from time to time and a notional amount equal to its Component Notional Amount from time to time.
Diameter at Breast Height (DBH) means the diameter of a tree at 4 1/2 feet above the ground measured from the uphill side.
Townhouse means a building, other than a plex, stacked townhouse or apartment building, containing at least 3 dwelling units, each dwelling unit separated vertically from the other by a party wall and each dwelling unit having a separate entrance to grade;
Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.
Strip means to take off RACM from any part of a facility or facility components.
Acre-foot means the amount of water necessary to cover one acre of land to the depth of one foot, or 325,851 U.S. gallons of water.
Principal building means the main building or structure on a single lot or parcel of land and includes any attached garage or attached porch.
Open type traction battery means a type of battery requiring liquid and generating hydrogen gas released to the atmosphere.

Class X-1 Strip Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (i) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) the sum of the Class LA-1-2-A Component Class X-2 Strip Rate and the Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date.
Lots means all or any machinery and other items sold or intended to be sold in accordance with these conditions; “Purchaser” means a person, firm or Company who purchase any Lot;
Class I area means a mandatory visibility protection area designated pursuant to section 169A of the federal Clean Air Act.
Jumbo Mortgage Loan Unless defined otherwise in the Transactions Terms Letter, a first lien Mortgage Loan (i) for which the original loan amount is greater than the applicable conventional conforming loan limits set by the Federal Housing Finance Authority in the jurisdiction where the related Mortgaged Property is located and (ii) which meets the transaction requirements set forth on Schedule 1 of the Transactions Terms Letter.
Mortgage Pool The pool of Mortgage Loans, identified on Schedule 1 from time to time, and any REO Properties acquired in respect thereof.
