Undersold Maturities definition

Undersold Maturities means those Maturities of the Bonds shown on Schedule A hereto as the “Undersold Maturities.”
Undersold Maturities means those Maturities of the Bonds shown in Schedule B hereto as the “Undersold Maturities.”
Undersold Maturities means any Maturity for which less than 10% of the principal amount of Bonds of that Maturity were sold as of the Effective Time.

  • Pursuant to such agreement, the Underwriter has neither offered nor sold any Maturity of the Undersold Maturities at a price that is higher than the respective Initial Offering Price for that Maturity of the Undersold Maturities during the Offering Period.

  • Hold-the-Offering-Price Maturities means those Maturities of the Notes listed in Schedule A hereto as the “Hold-the-Price Maturities.”

  • Applicable Maturity means: (a) in relation to Screen Rate Determination, the period of time designated in the Reference Rate, and (b) in relation to ISDA Determination, the Designated Maturity.
