Understanding of Agreement. Executive represents and warrants that he has read and understood each and every provision of this Agreement, and Executive understands that he has the right to obtain advice from legal counsel of choice, if necessary and desired, in order to interpret any and all provisions of this Agreement, and that Executive has freely and voluntarily entered into this Agreement.
Understanding of Agreement. The Parties each acknowledge that they have fully read the contents of this Agreement and that they have had the opportunity to obtain the advice of counsel of their choice, and that they have full, complete and total comprehension of the provisions hereof and are in full agreement with each and every one of the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement. As such, the Parties agree to waive any and all rights to apply an interpretation of any and all terms, conditions or provisions hereof, including the rule of construction that such ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafter of this Agreement. For the purpose of this instrument, the Parties agree that ambiguities, if any, are to be resolved in the same manner as would have been the case had this instrument been jointly conceived and drafted.
Understanding of Agreement. Physician acknowledges that s/he has had the opportunity to consult with legal counsel, as desired, has read and understands this Agreement, including the Covenant Not to Compete, the terms and conditions contained herein, and the attachments incorporated herein by reference.
Understanding of Agreement. THE EMPLOYEE STATES THAT HE OR SHE HAS HAD A REASONABLE PERIOD SUFFICIENT TO STUDY, UNDERSTAND AND CONSIDER THIS AGREEMENT, THAT HE OR SHE HAS HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO CONSULT WITH COUNSEL OF HIS OR HER CHOICE, THAT HE OR SHE HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTANDS ALL OF ITS TERMS, THAT HE OR SHE IS ENTERING INTO AND SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY, AND THAT IN DOING SO HE OR SHE IS NOT RELYING UPON ANY STATEMENTS OR REPRESENTATIONS BY THE COMPANY OR ITS AGENTS.

Executive states that Executive has carefully read this Agreement, that Executive fully understands its final and binding effect, that the only promises made to Executive to sign this Agreement are those stated above, and that Executive is signing this Agreement voluntarily.
Understanding of Agreement. Executive declares that the terms of this Agreement have been completely read, are fully understood, and are voluntarily accepted, after complete consideration of all facts and Executive’s legal rights, of which Executive has been fully advised by Executive’s attorneys for the purpose of making a full and final compromise, adjustment and settlement of any and all claims, disputed or otherwise, that Executive may have against the Released Parties.
Understanding of Agreement. The Physician acknowledges that s/he has consulted legal counsel as necessary and read and understands this Agreement and all the terms and conditions contained herein.
Understanding of Agreement. Executive states that Executive has had a reasonable period sufficient to study, understand, and consider this Agreement, that Executive has had the opportunity to consult with counsel of Executive’s choice, that Executive has read this Agreement and understands all of its terms, that Executive is entering into and signing this Agreement knowingly and voluntarily, and that in doing so Executive is not relying upon any statement or representations by or on behalf of the Covered Parties or any of their Representatives.
Understanding of Agreement. Understanding of Agreement. Executive acknowledges that he has carefully read and fully understands this Agreement, including the release included herein, that he has had the opportunity to have an attorney explain to him the terms of the foregoing, and that he knows and understands the contents of the foregoing, that he executes this Agreement knowingly and voluntarily as his own free act and deed and that this Agreement was freely negotiated and entered into without fraud, duress or coercion and with full knowledge of its significance, effects and consequences.
