The spent-wash evaporation technology is a multiple effect evaporator system in which heat recovered from one effect is used to concentrate spent-wash in second effect evaporator with continuous recirculation of concentrated spent-wash within the system until desired concentration is obtained.
The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to include in each such Underwritten Piggyback Offering such Registrable Securities for which the Company has received written requests for inclusion therein within three Business Days or, if such Underwritten Piggyback Offering will be made pursuant to a Shelf Registration Statement, within one Business Day after sending the Underwritten Offering Piggyback Notice.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 2(c)(ii), the Preferred Holders shall not have the right to receive any Underwritten Offering Piggyback Notice or to participate in any Underwritten Piggyback Offering, in each case with respect to an Underwritten Offering of securities solely for account of the Company (and not including Registrable Securities of any other Holder), until the expiration of the Lock-Up Period applicable to the Preferred Holders.
Receipt of any Underwritten Offering Piggyback Notice required to be provided in this subsection 2.3.1(b) to Holders shall be kept confidential by the Holder until such proposed Underwritten Offering is (i) publicly announced or (ii) such Holder receives notice that such proposed Underwritten Offering has been abandoned, which such notice shall be provided promptly by the Company to each Holder.
Receipt of any Underwritten Offering Piggyback Notice provided to any Holder pursuant to this Section 2(c)(ii) shall be kept confidential by each such Holder until such proposed Underwritten Offering is (i) publicly announced or (ii) such Holder receives notice that such proposed Underwritten Offering has been abandoned, which notice shall be provided promptly by the Company to each Holder.

Parent shall use commercially reasonable efforts to include in each such Underwritten Piggyback Offering such Registrable Securities for which Parent has received written requests for inclusion therein (“Underwritten Offering Piggyback Request”) within three Business Days or, if such Underwritten Piggyback Offering will be made pursuant to a Shelf Registration Statement, within one Business Day after sending the Underwritten Offering Piggyback Notice.
Receipt of any Underwritten Offering Piggyback Notice provided to any Holder pursuant to this Section 2(c)(i) shall be kept confidential by each such Holder until such proposed Underwritten Offering is (A) publicly announced or (B) such Holder receives notice that such proposed Underwritten Offering has been abandoned, which notice shall be provided promptly by the Company to each Holder following abandonment of any Underwritten Offering.
