Undeveloped Settlement Land definition

Undeveloped Settlement Land means all Settlement Land not designated Developed Settlement Land and any Settlement Land designated as Undeveloped Settlement Land pursuant to 6.1.8 or 7.5.2.9.

  • Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.

  • Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.

  • Tribal Land means all lands within the exterior boundaries of any land formally designated by the federal government as a Tribal reservation or land set apart by the federal government for a Tribe’s use such as pueblos and tribal trust lands but it does not include land that the Tribe acquired legal title through non-federal designation or award, unless 1) the tribe has obtained a federal public law stating that the Tribal members who reside in a particularly named area shall be considered (without any fiscal year limitation) for the purposes of the United States Housing Act of 1937 or such other federal housing law as residing on an Indian reservation or other Indian area; or 2) the tribe has acquired the land under Public Law 99-503 that provided for the replacement of certain lands within the Gila Bend Indian Reservation, the Secretary of the Interior holds such land in trust for the benefit of the tribe, and such land is deemed to be a Federal Indian Reservation for all purposes. The Project must be wholly located in the particular area stated in the federal public law to be considered to be Tribal Land.

  • Forest land means all land which is capable of supporting a merchantable stand of timber and is not being actively used for a use which is incompatible with timber growing. Forest land does not include agricultural land that is or was enrolled in the conservation reserve enhancement program by contract if such agricultural land was historically used for agricultural purposes and the landowner intends to continue to use the land for agricultural purposes in the future. For small forest landowner road maintenance and abandonment planning only, the term "forest land" excludes the following:

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Production Burdens means any royalties (including lessor’s royalties), overriding royalties, production payments, net profit interests or other burdens upon, measured by or payable out of oil, gas or mineral production.

  • Sale and Lease-Back Transaction shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.03.

  • Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital IVof this Agreement and which is more fully and particularly described in the Second Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – A hereto;
