Unencumbered Assets Debt Service Coverage Ratio means, at any date of determination, the ratio of (a) the aggregate Unencumbered Adjusted Net Operating Income to (b) interest (including capitalized interest) paid or payable in cash on all Debt for Borrowed Money that is Unsecured Debt of the Parent Guarantor and its Subsidiaries for the four-fiscal quarter period of the Parent Guarantor most recently ended for which financial statements are required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 5.03(b) or (d), as the case may be, determined on a Consolidated basis for such period.
Unencumbered Assets Debt Service Coverage Ratio. As of any date of determination, Unencumbered Asset Adjusted NOI for all Unencumbered Assets divided by Implied Unsecured Debt Service, expressed as a percentage.
Unencumbered Assets Debt Service Coverage Ratio means, at any date of determination, the ratio of (a) the aggregate Adjusted Net Operating Income for all Unencumbered Assets to (b) four times the actual interest expense of the Parent Guarantor and its Subsidiaries on all Unsecured Debt for the fiscal quarter of the Parent Guarantor most recently ended for which financial statements are required to be delivered pursuant to Section 5.03(b) or (c), as the case may be.
