Unexpended Funding definition

Unexpended Funding means Funding paid to you that is unspent at the end of the Funding Period and includes Funding that is committed but unspent;
Unexpended Funding means the Funding Amount paid to the Council, or any part of the Funding Amount, that is unspent.
Unexpended Funding means any portion of the Funding in the possession or control of the Service Provider at the time this Agreement ends or is terminated, excluding any portion of the Funding that the Service Provider is legally bound to provide to a third party or parties as a current liability as at the date of ending or termination or that is required to meet the reasonable necessary and substantiated wind-down costs of the Service Provider following the cessation of the Core Services.

Examples of Unexpended Funding in a sentence

  • In the event of renewal of this Agreement, the Service Provider may carry over Funding to the next Agreement provided that the sum of Unexpended Funding is less than or equal to 5 percent of the total Funding paid under this Agreement for the Term or $10,000 per annum over the Term, whichever is the lesser sum.

  • If the Service Provider does not receive approval from the Crown to carry over Funds, the Unexpended Funding must be returned to the Crown within 20 Business Days of notification that the money must be refunded.

  • The Grantor may by notice in writing to the Recipient demand that the Recipient repay to the Grantor the Grant (or any part of the Grant including Unexpended Funding) that is applied or used by the Recipient for a purpose that is not an Approved Purpose.

  • Plans and reports (Annexes L and M) Where a funding agreement allows for retention by the Recipient of Unexpended Funding, the following instructions must be followed:  Unexpended Funding Plan Where the funding agreement requires a plan for unexpended funding to be submitted to INAC for acceptance, the plan must outline the intended purposes for which the surplus will be used and outline the activities to be undertaken with the Unexpended Funding.

  • In the event that the Recipient ceases to undertake the Approved Purpose, all Unexpended Funding held at the date of cessation must within 60 Business Days of the date of cessation be returned to the Grantor.

  • Unexpended Funding The unexpended funding balance represents funding advances provided to Peguis First Nation by the Department of Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada and the Government of Canada and other sources.

  • The Grantor will determine in writing within 20 Business Days of receiving the Recipient’s request, if part or all of the Unexpended Funding may be retained by the Recipient as part of the funding and on the terms of any new grant deed.

Related to Unexpended Funding

  • Collected Funds means, with respect to any Collection Period, the amount of funds in the Collection Account representing collections on the Receivables during such Collection Period, including all Net Liquidation Proceeds collected during such Collection Period (but excluding any Purchase Amounts).

  • Principal Funding Investment Proceeds means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Funding Account (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.

  • Expense Reserve Account The trust account established pursuant to Section 10.3(d).

  • Pre-Funding Amount With respect to any date, the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.

  • Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Accumulation Account (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.

  • Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(ii).

  • Excess Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.02.

  • Net Capital Proceeds means the net cash proceeds received by the Partnership in connection with (i) any Sale, (ii) any borrowing or refinancing of borrowing(s) by the Partnership, (iii) any condemnation or deeding in lieu of condemnation of all or a portion of any Property, (iv) any collection in respect of property, hazard, or casualty insurance (but not business interruption insurance) or any damage award; or (v) any other transaction the proceeds of which, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, are considered to be capital in nature, in each case, after deduction of (a) all costs and expenses incurred by the Partnership with regard to such transactions (including, without limitation, any repayment of any indebtedness required to be repaid as a result of such transaction or which the General Partner elects to pay out of the proceeds of such transaction, together with accrued interest and premium, if any, thereon and any sales commissions or other costs or expenses due and payable to any Person in connection therewith, including to a Partner or its Affiliates), and (b) all amounts expended by the Partnership for the acquisition of additional Properties, Mortgages or other investments or for capital repairs or improvements to any Property with such cash proceeds.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Excess Funding Amount means the amount on deposit in the Excess Funding Account.

  • Related Funds means with respect to any Lender that is an Approved Fund, any other Approved Fund that is managed by the same investment advisor as such Lender or by an Affiliate of such investment advisor.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • Pooled Fund means any pooled fund established and maintained by the Partners as a pooled fund in accordance with the Regulations Pooled Fund Manager means such officer of the Host Partner which includes a Section 113 Officer for the relevant Pooled Fund established under an Individual Scheme as is nominated by the Host Partner from time to time to manage the Pooled Fund in accordance with Clause 8.2. Provider means a provider of any Services commissioned under the arrangements set out in this Agreement.

  • Broken Funding Costs means for any Purchaser Interest which: (i) has its Capital reduced without compliance by Seller with the notice requirements hereunder or (ii) does not become subject to an Aggregate Reduction following the delivery of any Reduction Notice or (iii) is assigned under Article XIII or terminated prior to the date on which it was originally scheduled to end; an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (A) the CP Costs or Yield (as applicable) that would have accrued during the remainder of the Tranche Periods or the tranche periods for Commercial Paper determined by the Agent to relate to such Purchaser Interest (as applicable) subsequent to the date of such reduction, assignment or termination (or in respect of clause (ii) above, the date such Aggregate Reduction was designated to occur pursuant to the Reduction Notice) of the Capital of such Purchaser Interest if such reduction, assignment or termination had not occurred or such Reduction Notice had not been delivered, over (B) the sum of (x) to the extent all or a portion of such Capital is allocated to another Purchaser Interest, the amount of CP Costs or Yield actually accrued during the remainder of such period on such Capital for the new Purchaser Interest, and (y) to the extent such Capital is not allocated to another Purchaser Interest, the income, if any, actually received during the remainder of such period by the holder of such Purchaser Interest from investing the portion of such Capital not so allocated. In the event that the amount referred to in clause (B) exceeds the amount referred to in clause (A), the relevant Purchaser or Purchasers agree to pay to Seller the amount of such excess. All Broken Funding Costs shall be due and payable hereunder upon demand.

  • Reserve Account Funding Date means the Distribution Date which occurs not later than the earliest of (a) the Distribution Date with respect to the Monthly Period that commences not later than three months prior to the Distribution Date with respect to the first Monthly Period in the Controlled Accumulation Period, (b) in the event that the average Excess Spread Percentage for any three consecutive Monthly Periods ending in the May 2023 Monthly Period or any Monthly Period thereafter is less than 2%, the Distribution Date with respect to such Monthly Period, (c) in the event that the average Excess Spread Percentage for any three consecutive Monthly Periods ending in the November 2023 Monthly Period or any Monthly Period thereafter is less than 3%, the Distribution Date with respect to such Monthly Period and (d) such earlier Distribution Date as the Transferor may determine by written notice to the Trustee and the Servicer. For this purpose, the “Excess Spread Percentage” for any Monthly Period shall be equal to the Series Adjusted Portfolio Yield for such Monthly Period minus the Base Rate for such Monthly Period.

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Trust Reimbursement Amount As defined in Section 3.06A(a) of this Agreement.

  • Required Reserve Fund Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is less than 0.25%, the amount, if any by which (a) the product of 1.00% and the Pool Balance for such date exceeds (b) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date. With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is equal to or greater than 0.25%, the amount, if any, by which (i) $1,000 exceeds (ii) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date. Provided, however, that on any Distribution Date on which the Class Principal Amount of each Class of LIBOR Certificates has been reduced to zero, the Required Reserve Fund Amount shall be zero.

  • Original Pre-Funded Amount The amount deposited by the Depositor in the Pre-Funding Account on the Closing Date, which amount is $36,215,225.

  • Liquidation Proceeds Amounts, including Insurance Proceeds, received in connection with the partial or complete liquidation of defaulted Mortgage Loans, whether through trustee's sale, foreclosure sale or otherwise or amounts received in connection with any condemnation or partial release of a Mortgaged Property and any other proceeds received in connection with an REO Property, less the sum of related unreimbursed Servicing Fees and Advances.

  • Pre-Funded Amount With respect to any date of determination, the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.

  • Interfund loan means a loan of cash from one fund to another, subject to future repayment.

  • Related Fund means, with respect to any holder of any Note, any fund or entity that (i) invests in Securities or bank loans, and (ii) is advised or managed by such holder, the same investment advisor as such holder or by an affiliate of such holder or such investment advisor.

  • Loss of Value Reserve Fund The “outside reserve fund” (within the meaning of Treasury Regulations Section 1.860G-2(h)) designated as such pursuant to Section 3.05(g) of this Agreement. The Loss of Value Reserve Fund will be part of the Trust Fund but not part of the Grantor Trust or any Trust REMIC.

  • Excess Liquidation Proceeds Reserve Account The trust account or subaccount created and maintained by the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 3.05(c) of this Agreement in trust for the Certificateholders, which (subject to any changes in the identities of the Trustee and/or the Certificate Administrator) shall be entitled “Citibank, N.A., as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered Holders of Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Trust 2019-C7, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2019-C7, Excess Liquidation Proceeds Reserve Account.” Any such account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.
