Unfinancial Member definition

Unfinancial Member means a Member who is in default of a financial obligation (including the payment by the due date of Membership Fees) to the Company.
Unfinancial Member means a Member who is in default of a financial obligation (including the payment by the due date of Membership Fees) to the Society but does not include a Member whose Application for Relief has been approved by the Board and the Member has complied with the relief granted.
Unfinancial Member means a Member who is in arrears with his/her Membership Fees.

More Definitions of Unfinancial Member

Unfinancial Member means a member whose annual subscription or any levy or other sum payable by him to the Association has been due for payment for more than two months and has not been paid.
