Unfunded Exposure Allocated Amounts definition

Unfunded Exposure Allocated Amounts means funds deposited in any Permitted Non-USD Currency Account and designated to the Collateral Agent and the Securities Intermediary in writing (including via email) for use (in each case, (x) except following the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default, by the Company or the Servicer on its behalf or (y) following the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, by the Administrative Agent) to cash collateralize the Unfunded Exposure Amount in respect of Portfolio Investments denominated in the related Permitted Non-USD Currency.
Unfunded Exposure Allocated Amounts. Funds deposited in any Permitted Non-USD Currency Account and designated to the Trustee and the Issuer Account Securities Intermediary in writing (including via email) for use (in each case, (x) except following the occurrence and continuance of an Event of Default, by the Issuer or the Investment Manager on its behalf or (y) following the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, by the Liquidation Agent) to cash collateralize the Unfunded Exposure Amount in respect of Collateral Obligations denominated in the related Permitted Non-USD Currency.

  • With respect to any Portfolio Investment that is a Delayed Funding Term Loan or a Revolving Loan, the Company shall deposit cash into the Unfunded Exposure Account or the Permitted Non-USD Currency Accounts as Unfunded Exposure Allocated Amounts, as applicable, in an aggregate amount at least equal to the Unfunded Exposure Amount of such Portfolio Investment, to be held as cash collateral.

  • Unfunded Exposure Amount means, as of any date of determination, with respect to a Delayed Draw Loan Asset or a Revolving Loan, as applicable, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of all unfunded commitments associated with such Loan Asset as of such date.

  • L/C Exposure at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit at such time, and (b) the aggregate amount of all L/C Disbursements that have not yet been reimbursed or converted into Revolving Loans at such time. The L/C Exposure of any L/C Lender at any time shall equal its L/C Percentage of the aggregate L/C Exposure at such time.

  • Revolving Facility Exposure means, for any Lender at any time, the sum of (i) the principal amount of Revolving Loans made by such Lender and outstanding at such time, and (ii) such Lender’s share of the LC Outstandings at such time.

  • Leveraged Exposure means a leveraged long exposure to the Reference Asset.

  • Original Class A Percentage The Class A Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.04.

Unless otherwise specified herein, the amount of a Letter of Credit at any time shall be deemed to be the stated amount of such Letter of Credit in effect at such time; provided, that with respect to any Letter of Credit that, by its terms or the terms of any document related thereto, provides for one or more automatic increases in the stated amount thereof, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be the maximum stated amount of such Letter of Credit after giving effect to all such increases, whether or not such maximum stated amount is in effect at such time.

  • Unfunded Commitments means legally binding investment commitments that are tracked and recorded by the institution's financial reporting system.

  • Aggregate Unfunded Spread As of any Measurement Date, the sum of the products obtained by multiplying (i) for each Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation and Revolving Collateral Obligation (other than Defaulted Obligations), the related commitment fee rate then in effect as of such date and (ii) the undrawn commitments of each such Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation and Revolving Collateral Obligation as of such date.

  • Aggregate Credit Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate Credit Exposure of all the Lenders at such time.

  • LC Commitment Amount means $600,000,000 as the same may be reduced permanently from time to time pursuant to Section 2.08.

  • Revolving Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Short Exposure means a short inversed leveraged exposure to the Reference Asset.

  • Swap Exposure means, as at any relevant date, the amount certified by the Swap Bank to the Agent to be the aggregate net amount in Dollars which would be payable by the Borrower to the Swap Bank under (and calculated in accordance with) section 6(e) (Payments on Early Termination) of the Master Agreement if an Early Termination Date had occurred on the relevant date in relation to all continuing Designated Transactions entered into between the Borrower and the Swap Bank;

  • Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount means the aggregate amount of Commitments in effect from time to time, being initially One Hundred Fifty Million Dollars ($150,000,000) (as such amount may be increased as provided in Section 2.5 or reduced as provided in Section 2.9 from time to time).
