Uniglass Brand definition

Uniglass Brand means the Uniglass® name and Uniglass Trademarks, including the Uniglass Express® and Uniglass Plus® Trademarks, whether alone or in combination with other words or symbols, and any variations or derivatives of any of the foregoing (but excluding any other Driven Securitization Brand).

Related to Uniglass Brand

  • Brand means the brand name set forth in the Addendum.

  • PSEA means the employers' association that is established for post-secondary institutions under the Public Sector Employers' Act and that is the employer bargaining agent for all institutions.

  • Universal bilateral modification means a bilateral modification, as defined in FAR subpart 43.1, that updates or incorporates new FAR or AIDAR clauses, other terms and conditions, or special requirements, affecting all USAID awards or a class of awards, as specified in the Agency notification of such modification.

  • Distributor / Distribution Company means Company(ies), Firm(s), Sole Proprietorship concern(s), individual(s), Banks or any other Financial Institution appointed by the Management Company under intimation to the Trustee for performing any or all of the Distribution Functions and who are registered with MUFAP as Registered Service Providers. The Management Company may itself also performs the Distribution Function.
