Unimproved Parcel definition

Unimproved Parcel means a taxable Parcel that does not contain Buildings or other Improvements.
Unimproved Parcel means, with respect to a Leased Property, one or more land areas comprising such Leased Property on which no improvements generating Receipts are situate, and not materially required for the generation of Receipts. In connection with any termination permitted pursuant to this Section, Tenant agrees to execute and deliver any instrument reasonably necessary or appropriate to facilitate said action, subject to Tenant's receipt of:

More Definitions of Unimproved Parcel

Unimproved Parcel means a portion of land of any size, the area of which is determined by the assessor's maps and records and may be identified by an assessor's parcel number upon which no structure is located.
