Unique Click definition

Unique Click means the number of times, as recorded by AdRight ad serving platform a user visiting Publisher’s Website(s), as identified by IP address, clicks on Advertising Material. A click on Advertising Material by a particular visitor shall only be counted as a Unique Click once every 24-hour period.
Unique Click means the number of times, as recorded by Company's server, a User viewing Publisher's Media, as identified by a cookie or IP address, clicks on a Creative; provided, however, that a click on a specific Creative by a particular User shall only be counted as a Unique Click once every 24-hour period.
