Unit Rebate Amount definition

Unit Rebate Amount or “URA” shall mean the computed unit amount to which the State Utilization Data is applied for the Federal Rebate or Supplemental Rebate payment due. For the purposes of this Agreement, unit rebate amount shall be synonymous with the terms Rebate Per Unit (RPU) and Rebate Amount Per Unit and encompass said terms.
Unit Rebate Amount for Covered Products means the unit amount computed by the Manufacturer/Labeler to which HHSC may apply the CSHCN Services Program Utilization Information in invoicing the Manufacturer/Labeler for the Rebate Payment due. The Unit Rebate Amount for Covered Products will be determined in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement.
