Unit Substances definition

Unit Substances shall have the meaning given to that term in the UUOA.
Unit Substances means all Hydrocarbons produced from or attributable to the Unit Interval which the Parties are entitled to produce under the DWT Contract or the WCTP Contract, as applicable.

Related to Unit Substances

  • Dangerous Substances means a substance or article described in regulation 3 of the Dangerous Substances Regulations;

  • Hazardous Substances means any toxic or hazardous substances, materials, wastes, contaminants or pollutants, including asbestos, PCBs, petroleum products and byproducts, and any substances defined or listed as "hazardous substances," "hazardous materials," "hazardous wastes" or "toxic substances" (or similarly identified), regulated under or forming the basis for liability under any applicable Environmental Law.

  • Industrial wastes means the liquid wastes from industrial manufacturing processes, trade, or business as distinct from sanitary sewage.

  • Wastes means and includes any hazardous, toxic or dangerous waste, liquid, substance or material (including petroleum products and derivatives), the generation, handling, storage, disposal, treatment or emission of which is subject to any Environmental Law.

  • Hazardous Wastes means all waste materials subject to regulation under CERCLA, RCRA or applicable state law, and any other applicable Federal and state laws now in force or hereafter enacted relating to hazardous waste disposal.

  • Counterfeit substance means a controlled substance which, or the container or labeling of which, without authorization, bears the trademark, trade name, or other identifying mark, imprint, number or device, or any likeness thereof, of a manufacturer, distributor, or dispenser other than the person who in fact manufactured, distributed, or dispensed the substance.

  • Contaminants means any pollutants, contaminants, deleterious substances, underground or above-ground tanks, asbestos materials, hazardous, corrosive, or toxic substances, special waste or waste of any kind, or any other substance which is now or hereafter prohibited, controlled, or regulated under Environmental Laws; and

  • Extremely Hazardous Substance has the meaning set forth in Section 302 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986, as amended.

  • Dangerous Substance means any radioactive emissions and any natural or artificial substance (whether in solid or liquid form or in the form of a gas or vapour and whether alone or in combination with any other substance) which, taking into account the concentrations and quantities present and the manner in which it is being used or handled, it is reasonably foreseeable will cause harm to man or any other living organism or damage to the Environment including any controlled, special, hazardous, toxic, radioactive or dangerous waste.

  • Controlled substances means those substances identified in 49 CFR 40.85. “CCF” means the Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form.

  • Industrial waste means any liquid, gaseous, radioactive, or solid waste substance resulting from any process of industry, manufacturing, trade, or business or from the development of any natural resource.

  • Hazardous Waste means the substances regulated as such pursuant to any Environmental Law.

  • Groundwater means all water, which is below the surface of the ground in the saturation zone and in direct contact with the ground or subsoil.

  • Toxic Substance includes but is not limited to asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and lead-based paints.

  • Hazardous Materials means all explosive or radioactive substances or wastes and all hazardous or toxic substances, wastes or other pollutants, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and all other substances or wastes of any nature regulated pursuant to any Environmental Law.

  • Soil means all unconsolidated mineral and organic material of any origin.
