United States Future Response Costs definition

United States Future Response Costs means all costs, including, but not limited to, direct and indirect costs, that the United States incurs after the date of lodging of this Consent Decree pursuant to the provisions of this Consent Decree other than those costs specifically included in the definition of Oversight Costs.
