Related to Universal bilateral amendment

  • General Amendment means an amendment made by XXXXX, from time to time, to these Licence Conditions, on notice to the Licensee.

  • Tariff Amendment means an amendment made by XXXXX, from time to time, to the tariff applicable to this Licence, on notice to the Licensee.

  • Amendment and Restatement Agreement means the Amendment and Restatement Agreement, dated as of January 29, 2016, among the Borrowers, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.

  • Material Amendment has the meaning provided in Section 9.6.
