unlawful activity means activities that violate the laws of this state, including but not limited to any activity that violates a state criminal statute.
Unlawful debt means any money or other thing of value constituting principal or interest
Occupant means any person or persons over the age of eighteen years in possession of the property.
Debtors in Possession means the Debtors in their capacity as debtors in possession in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to sections 1101, 1107(a), and 1108 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Assessed Property means any Parcel within the District against which an Assessment is levied.
EARLY POSSESSION N/A ("Early Possession Date"). (Also see Paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3.)
Unlawful means not specifically authorized by law.
Possession means having a weapon on the student’s body or in an area under the student’s control. “Weapon” means any:
Loss of Government property means unintended, unforeseen or accidental loss, damage or destruction to Government property that reduces the Government’s expected economic benefits of the property. Loss of Government property does not include purposeful destructive testing, obsolescence, normal wear and tear or manufacturing defects. Loss of Government property includes, but is not limited to—
Illegal Activity means the wilful possession of an illegal drug, dangerous object, or stolen item.
Leased Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.
Assisted cleaning or washing of tangible personal property means cleaning or washing of tangible personal property if the cleaning or washing labor is primarily performed by an individual:
Rents means all of the rents, royalties, issues, profits, revenues, earnings, income and other benefits of the Property, or arising from the use or enjoyment of the Property, including all such amounts paid under or arising from any of the Leases and all fees, charges, accounts or other payments for the use or occupancy of rooms or other public facilities within the Real Property.
Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).
occupier in relation to a property, shall mean a person in actual occupation of the property, whether or not that person has a right to occupy the property.
Unlawful conduct means the same as that term is defined in Sections 58-1-501 and 58-17b-501.
Agricultural activity means the production, rearing or growing of agricultural products including harvesting, milking, breeding animals and keeping animals for farming purposes, or maintaining the land in good agricultural and environmental condition as estab lished in Article 6;
avoidable costs means those costs which would not be incurred by the Licensee if he did not supply the consumers in question, including (but with due regard to the timing thereof all relevant future outlays affected by the decision to supply; and"terms"means all the terms on which a supply of gasis provided or offered, whether as respects charges, methods of payment or otherwise.
Security Property means all right, title and interest in, to and under any Security Document, including:
Debtor in Possession means any Debtor, in its capacity as a debtor in possession pursuant to sections 1107(a) and 1108 of the Bankruptcy Code.
District Property means all property owned by the District including, but not limited to, the Amenity Center, common areas, parking lots and ponds.
Authority’s Premises means any premises occupied by or under the control of the Authority where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.
Tenant’s Taxes means (a) all taxes, assessments, license fees and other governmental charges or impositions levied or assessed against or with respect to Tenant's personal property or Trade Fixtures in the Premises, whether any such imposition is levied directly against Tenant or levied against Landlord or the Property, (b) all rental, excise, sales or transaction privilege taxes arising out of this Lease (excluding, however, state and federal personal or corporate income taxes measured by the income of Landlord from all sources) imposed by any taxing authority upon Landlord or upon Landlord's receipt of any rent payable by Tenant pursuant to the terms of this Lease ("Rental Tax"), and (c) any increase in Taxes attributable to inclusion of a value placed on Tenant's personal property, Trade Fixtures or Alterations. Tenant shall pay any Rental Tax to Landlord in addition to and at the same time as Base Rent is payable under this Lease, and shall pay all other Tenant's Taxes before delinquency (and, at Landlord's request, shall furnish Landlord satisfactory evidence thereof). If Landlord pays Tenant's Taxes or any portion thereof, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord upon demand for the amount of such payment, together with interest at the Interest Rate from the date of Landlord's payment to the date of Tenant's reimbursement.
Wilful Default means a deliberate act or omission which will result in (and can reasonably be expected to have been intended to result in) a breach of this Agreement and which, as soon as practicable, but in any event within 30 days after written notice (particularising the alleged breach) is given to the party alleged to be in default, is not either:

Personal Property Taxes All personal property taxes imposed on the furniture, furnishings or other items of personal property located on, and used in connection with, the operation of the Leased Improvements as a hotel (other than Inventory and other personal property owned by Lessee), together with all replacement, modifications, alterations and additions thereto.
