Unmatured Event definition

Unmatured Event means any event or condition which might become an Event of Default with notice or lapse of time or both.
Unmatured Event means any event or condition which with notice or lapse of time or both would, unless cured or waived, become an Event of Default.
Unmatured Event means an event which, but for the giving of notice and passage of time, would constitute an Event of Default. The foregoing definitions shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the defined terms. The words “herein,” “hereof” and words of similar import as used in this Agreement shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision in this Agreement. References to “Articles,” “Sections,” “subsections,” “paragraphs,” “Exhibits” and “Schedules” in this Agreement shall refer to Sections, subsections, paragraphs, Exhibits and Schedules of this Agreement unless otherwise expressly provided; references to Persons include

Examples of Unmatured Event in a sentence

  • No Event of Default or Unmatured Event of Default has occurred and is continuing.

  • The Administrative Agent may (but shall not be obligated to) take such action, or refrain from taking such action, concerning an Unmatured Event of Default or Event of Default or any other matter hereunder as the Administrative Agent deems advisable and in the best interests of the Secured Parties.

  • Widely attended event means an event at which at least 25 persons have been invited to attend or there is a reasonable expectation that at least 25 persons will attend the event and the event is open to individuals (i) who are members of a public, civic, charitable or professional organization, (ii) who are from a particular industry or profession or (iii) who represent persons interested in a particular issue.

  • Book-Down Event means an event that triggers a negative adjustment to the Capital Accounts of the Partners pursuant to Section 5.5(d).

  • Delinquency Event A Delinquency Event shall have occurred with respect to any Distribution Date if the Rolling Three Month Delinquency Rate as of the last day of the immediately preceding calendar month equals or exceeds 53.00% of the Senior Enhancement Percentage for such Distribution Date.
