Examples of Unmatured Surviving Obligations in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, payments of principal and interest are not Unmatured Surviving Obligations.
Except for any release of a Subsidiary Guarantor pursuant to Section 4 of this Guarantee, this Guarantee is a continuing, absolute and irrevocable guarantee of all Guaranteed Obligations now or hereafter existing and shall remain in full force and effect until all Guaranteed Obligations and any other amounts payable under this Guarantee are indefeasibly paid in full in cash (other than Unmatured Surviving Obligations).
The Liens granted to Agent, for the benefit of itself and Lenders, under the Security Documents and the financing statements filed pursuant thereto and the rights and powers of Agent and Lenders shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding the fact that Borrowers' borrowings hereunder may from time to time be in a zero or credit position until all of the Obligations (other than Unmatured Surviving Obligations) have been fully performed and indefeasibly paid in full in cash.
All obligations, covenants, agreements, representations, warranties, waivers and indemnities made by any Borrower in any Loan Document shall survive the execution and delivery of the Loan Documents, the Closing, the making of the Advances and any termination of this Agreement until all Obligations (other than Unmatured Surviving Obligations) are fully performed and indefeasibly paid in full in cash.
This Guaranty is a continuing guaranty and shall (a) remain in full force and effect until the later of (i) the payment in full in cash of the Guaranteed Obligations (other than Unmatured Surviving Obligations) and all other amounts payable under this Guaranty and (ii) the Termination Date (b) be binding upon each Guarantor, its successors and assigns and (c) inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Lender Parties and their successors, transferees and assigns that are permitted under Section 9.07.
