unregistered association means any association of persons whatsoever not registered under any law whether incorporated or unincorporated;
registered proprietor , in relation to a trade mark, means the person for the time being entered in the register as proprietor of the trade mark;
registered trade union means a trade union registered under The Trade Unions Act, 1926 (16 of 1926);
Unregistered Securities The meaning specified in Section 5.17(c).
Registered dietitian means a person who shall be both:
registered company means a company registered under the enactments relating to companies for the time being in force in the United Kingdom.
registered pharmacist means a person whose name is for the time being entered in the register of the State in which he is for the time being residing or carrying on his profession or business of pharmacy;
Registered Player means a person whose application for registration with the Club has been validated by the Registrar for the current playing season;
registered trade mark means a trade mark which is actually on the register and remaining in force;
Registered entity means a covered entity, opt-in entity,
Unregistered Security means any Security other than a Registered Security.
Registered lobbyist means a person registered under Title 36, Chapter 11,
registered person means a person who is registered under section 25 but does not include a person having a Unique Identity Number;
registered society means a society, other than a society registered as a credit union, which is —
Company Registered Intellectual Property means all Registered Intellectual Property owned by, filed in the name of, assigned to or applied for by, the Company.
Registered nurse means a person who has been issued a certificate of registration as a registered nurse pursuant to the Health Professions Act and Regulations, and who holds an annual certificate.
Registered User means a person who is for the time being registered as such under section 49;
Company Registered IP means all of the Registered IP owned by, under obligation of assignment to, or filed in the name of, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Registered Shareholder means, as the context requires:
Global Bearer Security means the ETP Securities in bearer form represented by a global security.
registered firm means a registered dealer, a registered adviser, or a registered investment fund manager;
Registered Plan means a registered retirement savings plan, a registered retirement income fund, a deferred profit sharing plan, a registered education savings plan, a registered disability savings plan, and a tax-free savings account.
Bearer means anyone in possession from time to time of a Bearer Security.
Registered Plans means, collectively, trusts governed by registered retirement savings plans, registered retirement income funds, registered disability savings plans, deferred profit sharing plans, tax-free savings accounts and registered education savings plans.
registered dealer means a dealer registered under this Act;
Bearer Securities has the meaning given to it in Condition 2.
Registered Global Security means a Security evidencing all or a part of a series of Registered Securities, issued to the Depositary for such series in accordance with Section 2.02, and bearing the legend prescribed in Section 2.02.
