Unrelated Claims definition

Unrelated Claims means a claim or claims against a Shared Policy that is not a Related Claim.
Unrelated Claims means a claim or claims against a Remainco insurance policy or reserve made by each of Remainco and/or its insured parties, on the one hand, or FOX and/or its insured parties, on the other hand, filed in connection with Losses suffered by each of Remainco (and/or its insured parties) and FOX (and/or its insured parties) arising out of unrelated and separate transactions or events.
Unrelated Claims has the meaning assigned in Section 12.3(d).

Unrelated Claims means a claim or claims against an ADP insurance policy made by each of ADP and/or its insured parties, on the one hand, or Dealer and/or its insured parties, on the other hand, filed in connection with Losses suffered by each of ADP and Dealer arising out of unrelated and separate transactions or events.
