Unscheduled Train Path definition

Unscheduled Train Path means a Train Path that is not a Scheduled Train Path.
Unscheduled Train Path means a Train Path that is not a Scheduled Train Path. “VRT” means Victorian Rail Track.

  • The Access Provider may, by giving not less than 30 days notice in writing to the Operator, vary an Operator’s Unscheduled Train Path in order to make it available as a Scheduled Train Path for the Access Provider or any Third Party Operator.

  • The Access Provider will then be free to allocate that Unscheduled Train Path to any other person providing freight, passenger or any other services on the Network whether on the same or different terms and conditions to those offered to the Operator.

  • When applying the methodology in clauses 4.2.e and 4.2.h of the Access Arrangement, references to an Unscheduled Service shall be read as a reference to an Operator’s Unscheduled Train Path.
