Unsettled Credit Event definition

Unsettled Credit Event means a Credit Event in respect of which the relevant Cash Settlement Amount has not yet been paid pursuant to the terms of the Default Swap and/or a Potential ABS Failure to Pay (as defined in the Default Swap);
Unsettled Credit Event means, in respect of each Class:
Unsettled Credit Event means a Credit Event has occurred in respect of a Reference Entity on or before the Cut-off Date but either the relevant Event Determination Date has not occurred as of the Cut-off Date, or the relevant Event Determination Date has occurred as of the Cut-off Date but the Cash Settlement Date relating thereto has not occurred as of the Cut- Off Date.Any reference to a Reference Entity being assigned a certain rating shall be construed to mean such rating or equivalent assigned by S&P (the "Rating Agency").2.
