Unused Proceeds Interest Subaccount definition

Unused Proceeds Interest Subaccount means the subaccount of the Unused Proceeds Account into which amounts are deposited on the Issue Date and used for among other things, the purchase of accrued interest included in the purchase price of additional Collateral Debt Obligations to be purchased during the Initial Investment Period.
Unused Proceeds Interest Subaccount means the interest bearing subaccount of the Unused Proceeds Account described as such into which amounts are deposited on the Closing Date and used for the purchase of accrued interest included in the purchase price of additional Collateral Debt Obligations to be purchased up to the Effective Date in accordance with Condition 3(i)(iii) (Unused Proceeds Account).
Unused Proceeds Interest Subaccount means an interest bearing segregated subaccount designated as such which will be established within the Unused Proceeds Account.

Examples of Unused Proceeds Interest Subaccount in a sentence

  • All interest accrued on such Eligible Investments (including capitalised interest received upon the sale, maturity or termination of any such investment) shall be paid to the Interest Account (or Unused Proceeds Interest Subaccount) as, and to the extent provided above.

  • All interest accrued on any of the Accounts from time to time shall be paid into the Interest Account, save in the case of the Unused Proceeds Principal Subaccount interest accrued on which shall be paid into the Unused Proceeds Interest Subaccount, and save to the extent that the Issuer is contractually bound to pay such amounts to a third party.

  • Interest Reserve Account means that Interest Reserve Account maintained by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 5.1(a), which account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Series Reserve Account means the Reserve Account for the Series of Bonds established in the Reserve Fund by Supplemental Indenture in an amount equal to the Series Reserve Account Requirement for such Series of Bonds.

  • Cash Reserve Account means an Eligible Deposit Account established in the name of the Trust and designated as the Cash Reserve Account for the purposes hereof, the balance of which shall be subject to the control of the Trust for the benefit of the Trust and the Seller and applied in accordance with the terms hereof, which account shall bear interest and shall initially be account number [*], maintained at [*];

  • FF&E Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 hereof.

  • Excess Funds Subaccount is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Class C Reserve Account Percentage means, for any Distribution Date on which a condition in the left column of the following table was in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the percentage in the corresponding right column of the following table (or if more than one conditions were in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the largest percentage).   • Excess Liquidation Proceeds Reserve Account The trust account or subaccount created and maintained by the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 3.05(c) of this Agreement in trust for the Certificateholders, which (subject to any changes in the identities of the Trustee and/or the Certificate Administrator) shall be entitled “Citibank, N.A., as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered Holders of Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Trust 2019-C7, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2019-C7, Excess Liquidation Proceeds Reserve Account.” Any such account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Revenue Account means the Revenue Account established pursuant to the General Resolution. “Revenues” means the Pledged Receipts and Recoveries of Principal.

  • Reserve Fund Required Amount means, (i) for any Payment Date on which the Note Balance is greater than $0, $4,792,570.75 (i.e., 0.25% of the Cutoff Date Adjusted Pool Balance) or (ii) if the Notes have been paid in full, $0.

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Reserve Account Excess Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on that Payment Date, after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on such Payment Date, over (b) the Specified Reserve Account Balance with respect to such Payment Date.

  • Reserve Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.07.

  • Reserve Account Amount means, for any Distribution Date, the amount on deposit in and available for withdrawal from the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date (after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on the preceding Distribution Date, or, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Closing Date), including all interest and other income (net of losses and investment expenses) earned on such amount during the preceding Collection Period.

  • Reserve Account Draw Amount means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Available Funds Shortfall Amount, if any, for such Payment Date and (b) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on such Payment Date; provided, however, that if such Payment Date is the Redemption Date, the “Reserve Account Draw Amount” shall mean an amount equal to the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account on the Redemption Date.

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Replacement Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1 hereof.

  • Excess Interest Distribution Account The trust account or subaccount created and maintained by the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 3.05(e) of this Agreement in trust for the Holders of the Excess Interest Certificates, which (subject to changes in the identities of the Certificate Administrator and/or the Trustee) shall be entitled “Citibank, N.A., as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered Holders of Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Trust 2019-C7, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2019-C7, Class S – Excess Interest Distribution Account.” Any such account shall be an Eligible Account. The Excess Interest Distribution Account shall be held solely for the benefit of the Holders of the Excess Interest Certificates. The Excess Interest Distribution Account shall not be an asset of any Trust REMIC, but rather shall be an asset of the Grantor Trust.

  • Interest Account means the Account within the Debt Service Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.
