UOB Card definition

UOB Card means a personal credit or debit card issued by UOB in Singapore. For the avoidance of doubt, all UOB corporate/business credit and/or debit cards are excluded from this Draw. Not valid for UOB JCB and UPI Cards.
UOB Card means any VISA or MasterCard Card issued by UOB in Singapore excluding:
UOB Card means refers to any Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Union Pay credit card or debit card issued by UOB in Singapore, but does not include any UOB Travel Account cards, UOB Corporate cards, UOB Purchasing cards, UOB Business cards, UOB multicurrency corporate and Private Label cards.

Examples of UOB Card in a sentence

  • If you terminate your Plan and/or your Recurring Bill Payment Transaction on your UOB Card within 6 months after the end of the Promotion Period, we may, at our discretion, forfeit or reclaim the Gift awarded through such means as we may determine in our sole discretion.

  • The Cardmember is responsible for ensuring that all Senoko Energy electricity bills are paid until the Recurring Payment is set up and linked to the Cardmember’s UOB Card account.

  • If UOB or Senoko Energy subsequently discovers that the Eligible Cardmember has terminated the Senoko Energy electricity contract and/or recurring payment on the UOB Card within 6 months after the end of the Promotion Period or does not qualify for the Promotion, UOB and/or Senoko Energy may at its discretion, forfeit or reclaim the Rebate awarded through such means as UOB and/or Senoko Energy may determine in its sole discretion.

  • If PacificLight Energy subsequently discovers that the Eligible Cardmember terminated the PacificLight Energy electricity contract and/or recurring payment on UOB Card within 6 months or does not qualify for the Promotion, PacificLight Energy may at its discretion, forfeit or reclaim the Rebate awarded.

  • The Cardmember is responsible for ensuring that all PacificLight Energy electricity bills are paid until the recurring payment service is set up and linked to the Cardmember’s UOB Card account.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, this Promotion is open to renewal customers of Senoko Energy who have previously set up a recurring Senoko Energy electricity bill payment with a UOB Card.

  • The Cardmember is responsible for ensuring that all Geneco electricity bills are paid until the recurring payment services is set up and linked to the Cardmember’s UOB Card account.

  • All endorsements, changes and amendments to the Master Policy as agreed between the Company and UOB Card Centre shall be binding without prior notice to the Insured Person.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Cash Rebate will be forfeited if Eligible Cardmember’s UOB Card(s) is terminated or closed within 12 months from the date of the first Recurring Payment charged to the Eligible Cardmember’s UOB Card.

  • If UOB or Tuas Power Supply subsequently discovers that an Eligible Cardmember has terminated the Tuas Power Supply electricity contract and/or recurring payment on the UOB Card within 6 months after the end of the Promotion Period or does not qualify for the Promotion, UOB and/or Tuas Power Supply may at its discretion, forfeit or reclaim the Rebate awarded through such means as UOB and/or Tuas Power Supply may determine in its sole discretion.

  • SIM Card means the subscriber identity module (a card containing identifying information) which enables a Handset to access the Network.

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • Debit Card means a card, including a Smart Card, issued by the Financial Institution that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and/or Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from merchants.

  • Card means the Visa credit card and any duplicates, renewals, or substitutions the Credit Union issues to you; "account" means your Visa credit card line-of-credit account with the Credit Union; and "Credit Union" means the Credit Union whose name appears on this Agreement or anyone to whom the Credit Union transfers this Agreement.

  • Gift card means a document, card, certificate, or other record, whether tangible or intangible, that may be redeemed by a consumer for a dollar value when making a purchase of tangible personal property or services.
