This Amendment, the Original Merger Agreement, the Escrow Agreement, the Confidentiality Agreement and the Updated Disclosure Letter constitute the entire agreement among the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings among the parties with respect thereto.
All references in the Original Merger Agreement to the “Disclosure Letter” shall be deemed to refer to the Updated Disclosure Letter.
