Updated Title Reports definition

Updated Title Reports means the Commitments for Title Insurance issued by the Title Agent and referenced in Section 4.17(a) of the Sellers Disclosure Letter.

Examples of Updated Title Reports in a sentence

  • At Buyer’s cost and expense, Buyer may, but shall not be obligated to, obtain Updated Title Reports and Surveys prior to any Closing.
