Urgent Possession definition

Urgent Possession is similar to a Planned Possession, except that such a possession is required to correct problems that are considered potentially dangerous and as a result, the possession must be carried out between seven (7) days and three (3) Months from the detection of the problem;
Urgent Possession has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking.
Urgent Possession means a Possession required to correct problems that Aurizon Network, acting reasonably, considers potentially dangerous to person or property, other than an Emergency Possession.
