US Base Rate Advance definition

US Base Rate Advance means an Advance in US Dollars with respect to which the Borrower has elected (or is deemed to have elected) to pay interest on the US Base Rate Basis;
US Base Rate Advance means a US Advance in Dollars that bears interest as provided in Section 2.10(a).
US Base Rate Advance means an Advance in USDollars to which the US Base Rate is applicable.

US Base Rate Advance means an Advance in, or Conversion into United States Dollars made by the Lenders to the Canadian Borrower with respect to which the Canadian Borrower has specified that interest is to be calculated by a reference to US Base Rate.
