US Base Rate Advance definition

US Base Rate Advance means an Advance in USDollars to which the US Base Rate is applicable.
US Base Rate Advance means, at any time, the part of the Advances in US Dollars forming part of the Swing Line Loans with respect to which the Borrower has chosen, or, in accordance with the provisions thereof, is obliged, to pay interest on the US Base Rate Basis.
US Base Rate Advance means an Advance in, or Conversion into United States Dollars made by the Lenders to the Canadian Borrower with respect to which the Canadian Borrower has specified that interest is to be calculated by a reference to US Base Rate.

Examples of US Base Rate Advance in a sentence

  • The Canadian Borrower will pay interest on each US Base Rate Advance during each Interest Period applicable thereto in United States Dollars at a rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) the US Base Rate, in effect from time to time during such Interest Period plus (ii) the US Base Rate Margin.

  • Such interest will be payable in arrears on each Interest Payment Date for such Advance for the period from and including the Drawdown Date or the preceding Conversion Date or Interest Payment Date, as the case may be, for such Advance to and including the day preceding such Interest Payment Date and will be calculated on the principal amount of the US Base Rate Advance outstanding during such period and on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed divided by 365 or 366, as applicable.

  • For greater certainty, a Swingline Loan does not include a Canadian Rate Advance or a US Base Rate Advance as described in Section 3.9.3 of this Agreement.

  • Dollar or US Dollar accounts identified above) will be deemed to be a Prime Rate Advance or US Base Rate Advance, as the case may be, outstanding to the Canadian Borrower from the Canadian Swingline Lender under the Canadian Revolving Facility.


More Definitions of US Base Rate Advance

US Base Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest based on the U.S. Base Rate. “U.S. Dollars” and “U.S. $” mean lawful money of the United States of America.
US Base Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest at the Adjusted Base Rate. “US Borrowing” means a US Revolving Borrowing or a Swing Line Borrowing.
US Base Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.06(a).
